Reputation Management is the ultimate relationship between Public Relations (The space where Practitioners position a reputation, create a narrative, perception) and Communication (The space where brand awareness through marketing, branding, sales, stakeholder management diplomatic engagement).

 

 All encompassed Public Relations and Communication work to enhance the reputation of brand. Our job is to make sure we understand all these facets and their contribution to positioning and creating the perception of a brand.

 

• Reputation Management is also the ability to package a Brand based on relations rather than money.

• It is the Art of Subtle Selling.

• A reputation is the characteristics and habits of a brand.

• Manage the outcomes of a habit to form the reputation

Chief Koti has practiced Reputation Management wearing several hats throughout his career. He enacts this in his day to day role through nation branding for Zimbabwe Tourism. Reputation Management is a career path that he aims to bring into the mainstream for all institutions to understand. The main focus in doing so will be to highlight Reputation Management as important and as a necessity for all organisations, institutions, ministries and governments.

Nominated as the ZIPR President in February 2020, Chief Koti recognises the institution for bringing together the best minds in Zimbabwe who have mastered art of Public Relations. He states that now is the time for new generation to get out there and showcase this unique skill and it's important within a national fabric.
